A Letter To Nail Techs

Dear Nail Techs,

Why are we all so afraid of being judged online when we post ourselves and our work? Society has made us feel that every picture or video you post must be picture perfect or compare to the next persons work. In reality, what really matters is that we post in hopes to inspire ourselves even more by having a digital version to keep our artwork that we get to share with people who also want to connect and feel inspired.

Don’t be afraid to post your work, clients enjoy seeing the beautiful nails we create. Admiring the tiny pieces of artwork that someone gets to wear for 2-3 weeks. They love the work we do or they wouldn’t be regulars in our chair. I hope if your ever feeling discouraged throughout your journey, that you remember everyone starts somewhere. Don’t compare yourself to anyone because your style is unique to you. Keep Going, You Got This.
