Girl Dad
Father’s Day is that special time of the year when we get to shine the spotlight on the unsung heroes of our lives: our dads. It’s a day dedicated to celebrating their unforgettable humor, endless wisdom, and the countless times they've saved the day with their fatherly superpowers. Whether it’s fixing that leaky faucet, being the ultimate grill master at family barbecues, or simply offering a listening ear, dads have a knack for making everything better.
Seeing your husband or partner as a Dad is just so sexy! My husband is an amazing girl dad. That term has been trending everywhere, it has over 506K posts under the hashtag on TikTok. Having a husband who is a girl dad is such a beautiful experience to watch. This is why the girl dad revolution is taking over, because honestly the world needs more girls raised by men who can show them how you’re suppose to be treated by a man and also how girls have the best of both worlds when they have a great dad in their life!
This Father’s Day, let’s go beyond the usual tie and socks and show our appreciation in creative ways. Maybe cook his favorite meal, plan a fun family outing, or even create a personalized gift that reflects his hobbies and interests. It’s the perfect opportunity to remind your dad just how much he means to you and to celebrate all the little and big ways he makes life wonderful. So here’s to all the amazing dads out there—thank you for your love, laughter, and those unforgettable dad jokes!
To the girls who are missing their dad a little more on holidays like Fathers Day I’m always sending love and positive vibes your way. Leave a comment below telling me a funny story about your dad. I also put together some gift ideas for the guy in your life on my LTK shop because we all know how hard it can be shopping for guys.
Side Note: I chose to use pictures from Greece because I asked Keenan, what his favorite trip was with Lorren. We started looking through my google photos of this trip and it brought back so many memories! Lorrens personality is still the same and I’m glad I’ve always been someone who loves to capture the moment in a picture. Crazy enough I don’t have a photo album of this trip, but by the end of the day I will be sending off a new photo book so we can look back on memories of this amazing honeymoon my husband planned himself. Let me know if you want to see more from this trip, looking back it is so crazy the places we’ve been.
