Specializing In Services

So many services to choose from! How do I pick just one? I’m sure that is a question that many nail techs ask themselves when starting their career. Maybe your amazing at gel manicures but struggle with acrylic. It could be the opposite where you can sculpt the craziest shape acrylics and anything that deals with gel color is just not your jam. Whatever your great at, perfect! If you haven’t perfected a specific service and you found yourself stuck at picking anything at all, then I’m also talking to you.

Picking a service and specializing in that service, I assure you will still allow you to be successful in your nail career. Firstly define what success means to you in your nail career. Want to be booked with 4 clients a day, work from 12-7 only during the week, then you absolutely can! Success in your nail career is whatever you choose it to be. Don’t listen to anyone who tells you anything otherwise. The goal is to be booked and busy, your tribe of clients will find you no matter what service it is that you decide to do.
