Fall Fun Near Me: Festivals, Apple Picking & Family Activities
This past weekend, my family and I ventured to White House Fruit Farm in Canfield, OH, for a day filled with autumn magic. From apple picking to indulging in fresh donuts, here's a peek into our fall adventure and some other local festivals you might want to check out!
π Our Day at White House Fruit Farm
Nestled in Canfield, White House Fruit Farm is a hidden gem for fall enthusiasts. The orchard was quiet but Iβm sure itβs usually buzzing with families picking apples, we just happen to arrive super late and didnβt realize the apple picking was done at 4 instead of 5. Since we had the orchard all to ourselves, we couldn't resist snapping a few cute pics among the apple trees!
Before filling our bags, we treated ourselves to:
Oven-roasted pizza π
Freshly squeezed lemonade π
Warm, sugary donuts π© (a local favorite that truly lived up to the hype!)
The property also boasts a kids' play area, pony rides, and live music, making it a perfect spot for family fun. And of course, we couldn't leave without grabbing some kettle corn from one of the many vendors.
