Fall Nail Trends

🍁 Fall 2025 Nail Trends You Need to give a Try

As I sip my pumpkin spice latte with cold foam ☕ I have a quick question: do you get that itch to switch up your mani the moment PSL hits the menu? If so, Same! I am right there with you. Fall nails always hit different they’re moody, stylish, and basically the perfect accessory for cozy sweaters, coffee runs, and those final golden-hour patio nights before it gets too chilly. I love a good moment to just sit on my porch for a few hours.

So let’s lean in. I’ve been gathering inspo, stalking nail trend reports, and taking notes from what’s been walking into my nail room lately and let me tell you, these colors and styles are so good. You’re going to want to pin this one for your next nail appointment.

Deep Earthy Vibes & Rich Jewel Tones

Fall is always about depth and warmth, but this year we’re mixing in unexpected pops of color. Here’s some colors to add to your collection, if your a nail technician (because you know PLA never misses):

These shades are basically sweater weather in a bottle. Deep reds, dark chocolate browns, and cozy taupes are back on the scene, but paired with a surprise pop of Tiffany blue or a chrome cat-eye accent nail, you can keep your look fresh and not too predictable.

🖌 Texture & Techniques Are Having a Moment

This is the season to play with your nails and I mean play. 3D details like pearls, raised florals, animal print and sculpted swirls are everywhere. Think of it as jewelry for your nails without actually wearing rings. And if you want something subtle but still different? Velvet nails (yes, that fuzzy matte look!) and mixed metal finishes are taking over.

🥛 Milk Nails, But Make Them Fall

I have to say, milk nails are one of my favorites they’re clean, classy, and match everything. For fall, they’re getting a dreamy little upgrade:

  • Classic Milky White: Your clean-girl go-to.

  • Iridescent Milk: A sheer, shimmery layer that’s so pretty you’ll want to send a pic to your group chat ASAP.

💅 Moody ‘90s French Tips

Kylie Jenner just gave us deep, chunky ’90s French tips, and they’re back in rotation. Imagine soft almond nails with creamy white tips, perfect if you want something minimal but still trendy. Pair them with a fall knit and you’re basically a walking Pinterest-board.

Shape Spotlight: Squoval Is Back

Squoval (square + oval) nails are having their moment. They’re practical, easy to wear, and perfect for anyone who’s constantly typing, mom-ing, or just wants something a little softer than a sharp square. Do I personally love a good crisp square? Absolutely. But hey this one’s for my low-maintenance girlies. Just know your nail tech may not be very excited to give you this shape Lol!
